Checks and money orders are to be payable to "NEO A&M College" and must include the student's name and campus wide ID number to ensure proper credit. Address payments by mail to "NEO A&M College Business Office, Box 3842, Miami, OK 74354-0001". All payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards MUST be paid by logging into the students my.neo.edu, then clicking on My Online Billing.

I understand that payments are due according to the following schedule and further agree to make the payments accordingly: a) Annual Plan: Payment is due August 19th b) Semester Plan: Payments are due August 19th and January 13th . FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS BY THE DELINQUENT DATE MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF MEAL PRIVILEGES UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND MAY ALSO RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM COLLEGE HOUSING. I have read and I understand the CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT detailed on the reverse side of this form and I AGREE TO AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AS STATED I understand that I will be liable for and do agree to pay any fees associated with the collection of my account in the event that it should become delinquent.
