2. Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College has the right to request a hold on your Oklahoma State Tax refund.

3. Payments can be made:

4. If one scheduled payment is missed, the unpaid account may be given to an external collection agency and could endanger your credit rating on a local and/or national level without further notice.

5. I agree to reimburse NEO A&M College the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33.3% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in such collection efforts. This will be assessed to my account and included in the balance due.

6. Oklahoma law has jurisdiction and any disputes arising shall be determined in accordance with the law of this jurisdiction.

7. Until the account is cleared no future class enrollments, including extension classes, will be permitted.

8. Payment plan is active for all past or future charges on account.

Upon receipt of the signed copy of this document along with your payment, your account will be updated to reflect the payment agreement, and will not be sent to an external collection agency as long as the above agreement is honored. Both agreement and payment must be received to make the contract valid. Please keep a copy of this agreement for your records.
